These messages are all prerecorded. They have one for snow, BASSA, volcanoes, floodings. hurricanes, etc. They just insert the proper event and public holiday and a lot of sorry, but we are actually a great company statements.

In all seriousness, although it is not good for business, crisis management can give you a lot of energy. Maybe he is just thriving on it and if so, he had a GREAT year.

This was wasn't. He referred to the opening of the south runway and that LHR was officially fully operational from 9 am this morning.

He was also in a call centre put together at Waterside, staffed by volunteers to help with the hige volume of calls.

I'm just amazed by the fact that he hardly ever blinks!!
