BA leaks pictures of new WTP

Nah, its a long distance coach in asia. Quite seriously though, how about getting rid of overhead lockers, and having double decker beds, and ones that are angled flat. I can't imagine these would then take up any more floor space than the existing product @:-)

I think that is a friggin' brilliant idea!

Edit: Oh, except for emergency evacuation perhaps.

I'm sure it has less to do with floor space occupied than with the potential sudden drop in J pax!

Thinking about it more, the turbulence wouldn't be an issue for economy pax, because who really cares if they fall out and injure themselves?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7E18 Safari/528.16)

The only way to deal with emergency evacuation is surely projection beds! Boing!!

I suspect if they landed on top of them the other economy passengers would care.

Now then Genius1......I hope you aren't going to start mocking those less fortunate than yourself.

HIDDY,

I did not know that you were at Cambridge at the same time as John Bradford?
