British Airways Terrace lounge Jersey joins Priority Pass

Interestingly enough the BA Terrace Lounge at Jersey England joined PriorityPass this month. Do you think we should be hopeful for the Terrace Lounge at LHR to add PriorityPass. I always thought British Airways is very strict with adding PP. But I was proven wrong. I want to make a day trip to Jersey just to go to the lounge.

talk about degrading the product

the only place i can think of where BA lets randoms in is at Seattle where it shares as the Senator Lounge for LH. I was really frustrated at having to use the god-awful lounge that SAS use there, and asked if my silver card or star alliance gold card could get me into the BA lounge - unfortunately not

It's usually quite full whenever I am there. Loads of golds and silvers living in Jersey and lots also visiting for the day so it seems odd for them to do this.

The chance that PP would ever access any BA lounge at LHR in the future is nil in my opinion.

Well, PP divvy up £££ for their members' visits and BA needs £££, so you never know.

And the number of pax who would ditch Club Europe as no need for tier points and lounge access. And the number of pax who would no longer need silver cards.

Not a chance I say/hope.

We will never see PP at either the T5 or T3.

T3 lounges are full enough with IB JL RJ QF and of course BA pax using it, especially in the evenings for the Oz flights, and the T5 lounges are always busy, Id hate to think what they would be like if PP was accepted

Well, I guess one should never say never but still... a minor outpost like Jersey is one thing. A flagship station like LHR quite another...

Well, there is a PP lounge at T3. two no less. @:-)

Sure, BA lounges at T5 are often full. They remind me at times of LH lounges at FRA.

There ought to be scope at a BAA terminal for a third party lounge, as exist at T1, T3 and T4 and previously at T2.

The Terraces lounge at IST used to be part of PP so this is not the first time this has happened.
