I also got logged out last week after the App update and cannot log back in. It keeps giving the message Something went wrong. Try again or log in at ba.com

The main web site login worked for a few days and now even that is not working.

Avios part payment defective in 4 of 5 channels

I just ran through five channels before being able to book a flight and knock a few quid off with Avios. Android app: Functionality missing despite being logged in. Mobile BA.com: Ditto. Full web site: Ditto. Gold line: Agent hit a defect trying to apply the discount and reported this himself. Finally... iOS app: Works. What a mess.

Just booked a flight to the US in February - every page is new design. None of my saved passport information applied to the booking and there seems to be no where to add a KTN or any of the required address details for the US. There also appears to be no where to update contact information either. I think the only thing that is possible is changing seats.

Has there been a way to book using eVouchers on the new style website yet? I still have to try and use another browser to force the flight selection to go to the old version so I can enter a voucher number.

Trying to get to the multi city booking page and it takes me straight to a screen that says payment in progress

Anyone else see this?

Yes, try and force the BA site to the US version instead of GB and it'll usually fix it.

I was having problems just now so I tried using the multi-city search, just entering details for a simple return flight. That kept the flight selection on an old style page, and then took me to a page to add the voucher details. All worked fine, unlike the link on the home page to book using e-voucher.

This display gave me a giggle today. For context, this is a one-way Avios redemption in Club.

Exactly the same here on Android phone. Can access account via BA.com on my phone where my bronze status is prominently displayed! Seem to be able to make bookings OK.

I am trying to book HEL-LHR-HKG thorugh ba.com. I get all the flights, but before payment get massage that HEL-LHR does not have business and will be in economy. Simillar happens with OTA booking and some random test bookings to U.S. Obviously HEL-LHR is codeshare with Finnair and it has business class. Is this a IT glitch or does not BA sell business class anymore on Finnair codeshare flights? Singlle sector HEL-LHR is bookable in business.

I have the same issue when I check BA flying with them to HKG then onward on Cathay. Often, the onward flight on Cathay drops into Economy, although picking another flight combination can resolve it (obviously, at different times).

It's all academic for me though, as BA consistently prices itself around 1K - 2K more than just flying Cathay the entire way. I only check out of nostalgia 😁 (well, if pre-2020 counts as nostalgia).
