Yes, have a look through some of the other threads on this. From those other threads (there was one yesterday,for example) it may be going in correct anyway. If you are more than 3 days away from travel, use MMB on Royal Air Maroc or Royal Jordanian or Qantas or MAS to enter the information into Amadeus.

Ditto. Even got BA customer services to do it and he said I wouldnt have to input again. Minutes later wiped !!!

It's likely a database query problem. Either the logic of the query is wrong, it might be that the indexes (basically lookup tables, to keep it simple) are broken, or it might be that the query times out. This causes the data not to be returned, even though it is correct in the database. Problems like this are due to poor IT.
