Lead passenger cannot travel - refund?
I am the lead traveler (made the booking) on a booking of 5 but it is unlikely I will be able to travel due to illness.
Can I get my flight costs refunded (or voucher) and leave the other 4 to travel?
Cash booking ABZ-GVA return

No, you won't get a voucher. You can call up and separate off your booking and leave the others. Then request a refund of what's allowed depending on the fare rules. If it was fairly cheap, likelihood is it's only actual taxes, less a cancellation fee. So not much of anything. Maybe if the cost was more, speak to your holiday insurance

No such thing as vouchers any more.
Unlikely to get a refund unless you had a fully flexible fare - you should claim on your travel insurance - but you might get a refund of some taxes (which will no doubt be cancelled out by a processing fee).

Almost certainly yes unless companion vouchers are involved. But for a number of reasons you would be ill advised to no-show when you could get some money back. It's a 5 second job to "split a reservation" as it is known, 4 key presses. And someone else can travel as a result.
