BA systems don't show the correct OW partner status?
I'm normally an AA flier, I'm not in the UK much.
Booked a pair of BA flights about a month ago, agent showed my OW status as Ruby, when I crossed into Sapphire back in March. Spent half an hour on the phone and got that sorted.
Now, I check in tonight, and it's still there, which means BA's computers are six months out of date against AA's.
Has anyone else run up against this? I've got 3 hours to kill at Heathrow tomorrow and really don't want to spend it arguing about status with a lounge agent.
