I think that you will. Last week I went LHR - BKK on BA009 and then BKK to SYD on QF002. Return was on QF31 via SIN. All booked as a return / BA flight numbers on a single PNR. I got 210 TP for each of the outbound sectors and 360 TP for the return. Seems daft and a bit unfair to penalise those who stay on the same plane really.
