Just been on my account on BMI website tried to search for an award site and got a very limited amount of airports from. NO LHR on the list????

So can you no longer use your BD miles to fly? You can't transfer miles over to BA until July, so is this a glitch or can you no longer use BD miles?

Phone the DC call centre and you can book any *A (except LH group) until the end of May, and you can now also redeem on BA as well as the other non *A partners as before.

Can I still redeem LHR-DME one way on BD for 3,000 miles + cash in economy, or 4,500 miles + cash in business? I need to travel in early September. Previously, I could do it on the website, but no longer.

So I see that availability for DUB-CLT is still open and as someone suggested pay for the internal flight from CLT-MCO. I have DUB-LHR-IAD-MCO booked with United. I really like the business first product. But cutting out one leg and the all important clearing immigration in DUB is a major plus.

Does anyone have any recent experiences of the US C product in the 757 to further swing my movement?

In the end I changed. Spoke to a nice guy in ICC today. DUB-CLT and $67 for CLT-MCO for a separate Y flight, but its only an hour. Im going home via CLT as well. The clearing immigration in DUB was the big selling point for me.

Now, can anyone tell me if I can use the Envoy lounge when I arrive in CLT?

Not hugely urgent but i have a booking that i'd like to re-jig.

I have:
FRA-IAD(stop)-SAN on LH and UA
and
LAX-MUC-MAN on LH

The problem is that now BMI have broken away from LH, LH want 250pp to get me from MAN-FRA in economy, price hasn't budged for weeks now.

Since i can't change the booking due to it being with LH, i'd have to cancel. Now i can find ways outbound that i'm happy with, but it's the return that's the problem.

Mrs Dannyrado and Inf Dannyrado will only accept one-stop on the way home, i'm out of options....

So i want/need SAN or LAX to MAN, C class, 2 seats on or around the 8th Jan.

There is space on the UA LAX-LHR flight but apparently the provision for infants is woeful. Any opinions welcome on that.

Any suggestions?

Is it possible to check availability to BEY on BMI online at all? Or must it be done through the call centre?

Thanks

Edit: Just realised awardtravelr will do it!

Can someone check some availability for me?

Would some kind soul with an awardnexus or some such account please check availability for a redemption for me?

I've managed to forget my passwords and registered reset email is my work address which I can't access to for a week! Been on hold for 23 mins with the ICC so thought you guys might be quicker.

I'm looking to get to AKL via SIN on the 10 or 11th of Jan 2013 in business.

If you could check it'd be really appreciated.

Thanks

I think the consensus is that the bmi call centre sees availability on Singapore Airlines that the rest of the online tools don't... so always best to check with them.

For other airlines, I've found united.com great, you don't need a password or login - just select 'reward travel' when you search and look out for 'saver rewards'. Obviously LH/LX/OS are no longer available when using bmi miles so avoid those.

Would someone be kind enough to check the following for me please?

I am looking for EMA - FRA on June 13th or 14th. Earlier this evening AwardTravelr was showing lots of availability, and now nothing at all. I'll check again in the morning, and call the ICC if still no joy ...

Thanks in advance!
