MAN - EZE
Hi
Can anyone help me? I'm looking for availability in C or F from MAN - EZE over the Christmas 2011 holidays. Ideally we'd like to go on 16th Dec back on 7th Jan. Availability is shown on Aeroplan, but only for one person and we need 2 adults and a child... Any suggestions or help greatly received! Thanks |
Hi Petkula73,
I have just, by strange coincidence, been looking for almost exactly the same redemption (from LHR) over the past few days - in summary I think we are both stuck until ~May when TAM (JJ) will release their award seats (they do so 6 months in advance), personally I need 2 seats and haven't managed to find those and my dates are slightly more flexible. The best I could find was 2 LH seats in C to GRU (Sao Paulo) around this time, and then to add on an internal TAM flight 3 months before the flight. My own view from Air Canada is that they only ever seem to release 1 C seat (not sure why) - looking at all the LHR-YYZ flights in December most have only a single seat available, not quite sure why. The return flight was going to be a challenge! However I'd be curious if you do get any useful suggestions I can reuse myself :) Edit: Oh, and there may be some TK flights from IST-GRU again which you could get availability on and then later on add the internal JJ flights in 3/6months (Not sure whether a GRU-EZE flight counts under the 3 or 6 month rule) - in general, lots of availability to GRU (Sao Paulo) and not much to EZE |
As littlevoices said it's too early to see TAM availability.
One other possibility apart from LH is to route via GRU with TAP. They are starting a MAN-LIS service this June which will be handy for connecting to their schedule of flights to Brazil. Of course getting the GRU-EZE add on will have to be done later on in the year or booked separately. |
Please help!
Im trying to book my first redemption from london to Guatamala city on the 17the of march, flying back to london from roatan in Honduras on April 18th. Perferably this would be in economy with my friends. When I've called to book all they tell me is that there is no avalibility for either flight in any class for at least 2 months either side of these dates!!! Is this so? would somebody kindly check for me otherwise im going to be left behind!
many thanks x |
16MAR CO0035 LHRIAH 09:20 14:45 or 16MAR CO0005 LHRIAH 10:45 16:10
17MAR CO0443 IAHGUA 11:25 13:18 are available in Economy for the outbound. Nothing without an overnight stop in Houston, and nothing via Newark on your dates. For the return, the only thing I have found is: 21APR CO1895 RTBIAH 13:00 16:54 22APR CO0404 IAHIAD 07:25 11:15 or 22APR UA0552 IAHIAD 14:14 18:10 22APR UA0948 IADLHR 18:58 07:30+1 The only worry is the connection time in IAD on the return if you take UA552 - just under 50 minutes. But it is a legal connection. (By the way: IAH = Houston Intercontinental, IAD = Washington Dulles, RTB = Roatan and GUA = Guatemala City, and of course LHR = Heathrow) You should know that RTB-IAH has a very limited service: a flight on Thursday and Sunday, and two flights on Saturday. You could also simply buy a ticket: it would be GBP 691 on continental.com and you wouldn't have to overnight in Houston both ways, nor would you have to go through both Houston and Washington on the return. It would then be a simple Roatan-Houston-London. And it could be on the dates you want (well the return would be 17APR instead of 18APR because there are no flights out of Roatan on 18APR. |
Trying to find a way to work around dc call center who says that there is no availability, hope somebody can clarify for me here:
If i check cph-ord on awardnexus (ana) i see no avail. in C If i search for cph-muc and again muc-ord then there are flights that work out fine in C What tactic do i use to convince the call center to accept doing it this way as one ticket cph-ord? Thanks for your advice... |

Can anybody help me?
I am flying MCT-DXB-CAI-LHR on 31 Mar/01 Apr ... leaving MCT at 2335 arriving DXB 0045(01 Apr) connecting to CAI at 0500. I am in C class. Can go -/+ 1 day and fly locally to AUH/BAH/DOH anywhere with a good service back to London (LCY would be a bonus) but if not LHR. |
Okay, I have one too -- thanks in advance for this.
Trying to get my parents from AZO(second priority: GRR or ORD) to EDI (second priority: GLA) on the 29th of April in business class. Called on Friday and they had availability on UA departing at 1618 from ORD and connecting through to a BD flight from LHR at 1305. Not sure if that dried up or not, but I can't find that now. Can you guys think of any other routing through to EDI? Phone agents on the gold line in India arent very helpful. :/ Thanks, Mosquito. |
Hi all,
Can someone please have a look and check a route for me. We're looking at going from either DUB/LHR to JNB/CPT on Sunday 7th Feb. Best route I got in biz is with Egypt Air.....not sure if they will be flying or if their A330 is any good from CAI. Need to come back on Monday 14th Feb. Cheers ^ |
Could someone please check LX for me? ANA shows 0 but not sure how accurate this is??

EF shows nothing in C or F anywhere near your December dates. A couple of Y awards on nearby dates, which shows those flights have been loaded. Nothing yet for 9/10 January: still too early.
