Anyone elso having problems with the ANA tool?
Anyone else having problems checking availability of award tickets?

Every flight on whatever date I try reflects: Request available.

Anyone else had this?

Happens every now and again. Basically the system is on dinner break and normal service will resume later.

It must be having the gourmet menu : nothing but black triangles each time I have tried through the day today

It takes a little head stagger now and again (like most of us)... Seems to be working fine again now.

Have they been updating the software ? I've got the logon page bookmarked and normally I have to type in my 10-digit membership number into the white box everytime, followed by the pin-code.

Now the white box has gone, and my membership number is pre-entered as ******6937. Cookie monster at work ?

Yes, been having that problem off and on today, I thought maybe I had reached my limit of of checking availability after getting a bit obsessed about it today...

I know there is no limit really...

looks like it's down now again- most flights seem to state "Call to check availability (represented by the black triangle)" ...

or is it a ploy against us scheming 0-mileage ANA members who have an account ANA just to use the tool and not credit miles there

This was my first thought...I was going to open a new ANA account in my partners name but it's working fine for me now
