Problems with SQ postings?

My SQ F posted with the correct 2X class of service bonus but two flights in C posted just with 1X and not 1.5X as they should have.

I am sure that Diamond Club will get them posted correctly once I get my BP's and receipts scanned and faxed/emailed. Is anybody else having the same problem with SQ flights?

I posted a thread with exactly the same issue about 6 weeks ago and Joanna told us that it is a problem that DC is aware of. As you say if you send in the BPs etc they will adjust the mileage for you.

I also had a similar problem and within 24 hours of emailing BMI my problem was fixed. JUst make sure that we call keep our ORIGINAL boarding passes and not let the FA use them when they hang our coats up/.. I have already forgotten to take them back two times.....

Yep. I never give my boarding passes to FA's when they ask them for coat hanging purposes. I just throw them in my computer bag.

It is really strange that the F fares seem to post correctly but C ones do not.

I did a flight in C and the flight was never even credited. Problem is that now I can't find my boarding pass.

Original flight was booked at 5pm, but at airport I changed it to 1pm departure from BKK to SIN. SQ assured me that the BD*G number is on the system, and the BP did say this. But the points never posted.

I did the same thing to my SIN-KUL flight. Changed an earlier flight to a later flight at check-in. SQ again reassured me that everything is ok, and yet the points were credited to my VS account. At least with that flight, I have BP and have just sent that off to Flying Club for manual credit.

I wonder if its SQ's problem of properly crediting where it's due?

Assuming that you also double-dip for PPS Value on SQ, there will be an electronic trace of the flight on your Krisflyer online login.

The miles earned statement will have a record indicating flight no. and date flown, PPS Value earned, plus an annotation "credited to other FFP, BD xxxxxxxx".

Perhaps a printout of this statement, faxed to BD, would be sufficient in-lieu of the missing BP??
