Baggage Checked Through

Just wanted to confirm what will happen with my flights.

I've booked MAN-LHR-YYZ with Air Canada. The LHR-YYZ is with BMI. Since it is booked as one ticket, BMI will check through my baggage, right? Will they also print my LHR-YYZ boarding pass?

Also, the booking class is U (Executive lowest). I know that they'll be no executive class on this flight, but will there be a Premium Economy (plane type is given as a 319). Is there anyway to get seat selection before check-in? Will I have access to the lounge?

I've checked the LHR website, so I think that I have the connection in LHR under control.

Thanks.

Yes!

They should do if it's one ticket and your LHR-YYZ flight is open for check-in.
In worse case you just have to visit a transfer counter at LHR which shouldn't take long.

The baggage rule is only applicable if you have separate tickets, i.e. one ticket MAN-LHR and one ticket LHR-YYZ when BMI will force you to reclaim and recheck your luggage at LHR.
