Ok point taken, the fax machine was mended before Christmas and only broke again yesterday it has been raised with our help desk. We can not do more about this until someone comes and looks at it. Hopefully this will be later today and I will let you know once it's back up and running. In the meantime this fax number comes through to me in diamond club and I can make sure the faxes are actioned.
