Award Availability
Hi - I have booked a flight to Singapore from Manchester using award miles in business on 17 Feb. There were no available seats to return (4th March or 3 days either side) so we are booked to return from Bangkok on Thai via Frankfurt. I would like to change the return to a direct flight (sin-man) if something becomes available. Is there much chance of this or are we stuck with the indirect route?

If a seat is available on the direct flight, then bmi will let you change it IF you change it prior to your first sector (and of course after paying the appropriate change fee).

Changebale for 20 fee plus any tax difference - did something similar just last week.

Keep checking every 3-4 days using the ANA tool - something is likely to come up, although you may need to wait until a month before travel when the airlines start reassessing their loads.
