You're not wrong. I got a "welcoming" committee on Friday morning pointedly demonstrating a variety of natural hair colour and threatening all sorts of punishments (not least an end to my upgrades). They claim to read this board - hence I restate my long-held opinion that the Edinburgh lounge girls are all very nice people ;):D

I haven't seen Frances for weeks and I can't say I'm looking forward to our next encounter :eek:
