who refunds me the cash element?

who refunds me the cash element?

hi guys,

cancelled flights, filled in the ba.com/bmirefund form.

got call today from BA to advise that they cannot issue the refund and I have to contact Diamond Club.

phoned DC and was told to fill in the ba.com/bmirefund online (you knew that was coming, didn't you?)

explained to DC 3 times that I had already completed the online form and that BA had advised me they cannot do the refund, it has to come from BMI.

so, who is right here and will (should) the original forms I completed online make it to the correct revenue dept for a refund?

totally confused here. the cash can take 8 weeks, I am prepared for that, but 7 days on still no sign of any miles refund.

Send a letter the executive club, recorded or special delivery and ask them what is going on and for someone to take charge. I did this and got a call from BA, not that it did anything, but if anything it makes a point. Other thing to do is call the credit card company that you made a booking with and explain the situation to them??
