Update: the party downstairs is a bit large (110 people)
We are at the front in the top bar - honestly I'm not sure how long we can hold out....

Sorry, guys, I'm out. Having left Edinburgh Haymarket at 0815 this morning, I have just reached my hotel, tired, hungry and due to be up early tomorrow for the next (and hopefully more successful) leg of my trip.
It might be different were I based in Central London for tonight, but I'm not.
Hope you're having fun.

What? I somehow missed it , not helped by Oxon insisting that it really should wait until the final, final, final do. If I can't make that, I expect a full and frank disclosure from GC on the forum

Thanks folks, great night.
Can be quite challenging navigating London with someone that has an escalator phobia but I think we are becoming experts.
I especially liked the drunk guy leaving that seemed to throw beer over himself (or was it his mate).
Oh, and of course the twix story....
Sad to see bmi go as they have pretty much made me a BA millionaire...

My head still hurts. I'd forgotten just how evil everything brewed by Samuel Smith is. Should have a health warning on it. And as of their price hikes this year, they should also have a wealth warning too.
Utterly excessive night, but at least BristolTraveller and myself managed to find some Singapore noodles on the way home.
Flew in on G-MIDO and out on G-DBCD - both utterly BA.

Well a belated thank you from me (a mix of birthday fun and post birthday suffering with a dickie stomach - nothing to door with the beer thankfully!)
Great to see everyone as usual. Hopefully we will continue to have BMI Alumni drink meets
