Well now... I have it on good authority that Keeley Downing, Diamond Club Manager, as sadly is the way at Donington Hall these days, will be leaving bmi shortly.
Most board members will know her big loopy signature from the many emails we have received; what may not be so obvious to everyone is that she has also been one of the most important driving forces in shaping Diamond Club in the last few years. I don't need to tell anyone that Diamond Club represents the sweet spot of airline loyalty programmes - I don't think anyone on the board is finding their new programme better than DC. That is, in large part, down to her efforts in creating the value proposition that we all know and love so well.
Moreover, Keeley is also one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet.
So, with that in mind, I'd like to wish Keeley all the very best and offer my thanks for a job ever so well done!

It was sadly expected that there would be redundancies... I really hope her and most of the nice people who made diamond club such a nice programme will find another job quickly...

A big shame, hope Keeley will find a new program to manage and make it the same success as DC. The same goes for Joanna and the DC team.

I'm personally gutted for all of the staff at the Hall, being local and all that.
That said, a big thanks to Keeley and the all at DC for making it such a great programme over the years.
