Problems with avaliability
Ok so been trying to book flights from GLA to DEN for a bit now, trying to get something booked before end of may so the points don't all get moved over to BA as they need a lot more points. I have been checking awardtravelr and it is showing avaliability on US Airways flight US769 GLA - PHL on 29 August however when I call BMI they say there is no avaliability. Also on the same day they are showing US715 PHY - DEN avaliable in Business, is this correct as I thought they only did First on domestic routes?
Any Ideas?

In the good old days, you would ask for GLA-DEN on US in C and the agent would not find any availability because the domestic sector was in F. You would then ask for GLA-PHL in C, seat would be seen, and then you would ask for the connecting flight to be added on, and the agent would then tell you that the F rate applies for the whole hourney.
As far as I know, US domestic still books into "F". Have you tried asking specifically for the GLA-PHL C seat ?
