To be fair I am not sure I could draw that conclusion from what I saw yesterday. You may very well be right however all I was being asked to test was how easy to use a new website would be. Additional features, or indeed fixing current features, would not have been part of this stage of the website development.

Now if BMI really want to get things right they should be getting costumers involved in developing the features offered on their website. Whether or not this has or is going to happen I do not know.

I think like many here, we're not really that interested in additional features, just standard airline website ones that actually work.

I understand that one tester, having worked through both the prototype scenarios, then ran the same transaction through the existing live website, and managed to find more bugs there than in the prototypes. :D
