bmi e-upgrade
Hello,
So, using one of these e-upgrade vouchers (haven't used any yet, but want to in January, before my year ends), I presume I will be classed as travelling on an 'I' ticket. Will I still receive destination/status miles automatically, or, will I have to send in my stubs to be retroactively added?
And, just further clarification - will it be the economy mileage I presume that I receive?
Thanks people,
I tried to look at FAQs, but couldn't see this...

There is a high chance that you will not get automatic credit (I had to claim miles retroactively for all flights originating in airports other than LHR). This will be fixed by DC if you send them your booking ref and copy of BP.
You will get miles as per original booked class.

I've never had a problem with the miles (as per original booking class and ticket class) post automatically. That said I have always travelled from a UK airport when using my iGUV's.

LHR was never a problem airport with miles posting automatically- in the past 12 months our upgrades ex-DME and AMM were not posted automatically and had to be retroclaimed.
