Were they Domestic/intra-Scandinavia flights? If so, never...

In my experience, a month, sometimes more. Sometimes they never post and one simply gives up. But I think that all my SK flights have posted within 1-3 days with the norm being overnight.

I have noted that retro claims have beem required less and less on my account recently. 4 x TK flights taken this month posted automatically with 3 days of each ^

In the members area on the web-site there is an option to "claim missing miles". Follow the instructions, but it involves you completing a form, printing it out (which never seems to print properly) and sending in along with the original boarding pass and copy of the e-ticket.

I had five sectors with SAS in March, none of which posted automatically.
I scanned copies of the boarding passes and emailed them to the usual address (see the "read this first" sticky on the front page). It took three or four weeks for the miles to credit.

We must be the exception.
It's four months now since Mrs Roger and I flew SA CPT-JNB. Same flight, same PNR. My miles appeared within a couple of days. ^ Mrs Roger is still waiting, in spite of an e-mail to Joanna and her response three months ago that she was forwarding the retroclaim to the admin team.
Oh, dear. I suppose I should retroretroclaim.
