BW hotels in Rome

Any suggestions of BW's in Rome with excellent internet in the guest room and good skype connection. Previous reports claim the ArtDeco Rome hotel blocks skype. Any corroboration to this?

I just returned from Rome. I stayed at the Hotel President and Hotel Rivoli.
I recommend the Hotel President hands down over the Hotel Rivoli.
Better location, internet, rooms, and breakfast.
The Hotel Rivoli is a bit difficult to get to different parts of town due to spotty public transportation.
