BW Rewards Contact Numbers
I am trying to purchase 1000 points in order to top an account off; however, for the past week, whenever I've called the customer service center, and go throug the automated 'what's your question?' phase, I then get connected to a line which rings and rings, without answer.

As far as I know, I'm calling during US business hours. But I can't seem to get through. Is this normal?

Does anyone have any tips? I tried again last night, and, once again, no answer.

I really was hoping ti purchase the points this week, in order to use soon.

try calling 1-800-237-8483

if not call reservations and ask them to transfer you to right department 1-800-528-1234
