I've actually had great luck with Ebay BW git cards.
When Bing was doing cashback 33% I bought several GC's.
What I found was most BW's have no idea how to process these.
I once stayed in a BW near BHM for a week for free... They never debited my gift card.
I even had one Candian $500 gift card that recharged twice on it's own at the new year (It stopped happening in 2011).
Another place to get BW GC's is discover sells them for $50 GC for $45 through their rewards program.
