service at BRU
I am not sure if it's luck of the draw, but my last two rentals at BRU have been mediocre at best.
One time I was returning my car and after a few minutes of waiting, an employee popped his head from behind a door, eating, and stated that he was going to be back in about 10 minutes. This was at about 9:30AM.
Last month, I showed up at 8:15AM and was told that they had no car for me yet since I put 9:00AM and I showed up too early. The employee was very rude about this too. I was offered a van, which I didn't want, and I ended up going back upstairs for a different car and waited in line at the regular desk for 30 minutes.
Is that just a coincidence, or is some serious training needed out there?
