Level(s) above "Preferred"

If you are promoted to a higher level, does it reflect this in your online profile or does it still just say "Preferred"?

I had a National Sales Manager tell me she was promoting me to Chairman's Preferred, but I've not seen anything change so not sure how I would know.

I wasn't aware anything Preferred existed anymore. Its now all Avis First....though I guess Chairman's club could have their own fancy levels. I wouldn't know since I haven't been invited.

Preferred meant you had a wizard number. It is not an elite level.

Preferred Select was replaced by Avis First.

Gary, search the Avis forum on "Chairman" or "President" and PM one of the folks that is one. We everyday renters are unsure.

Ah, yes, I should have clarified. I mean to say Avis First. Yeah, Preferred is nothing more than a member status.

If you are upgraded to Chairman's under your profile it will say:

Membership Status: Preferred Chairman's Club

Just out of curiosity if you don't mind me asking are you a head of the travel dept. for your company or a high level executive or are the Avis sales team handing out CHM now?

A bunch of their programs here:

Avis First is the one I think most of us are in. I can't seem to wiggle my way into Prez or Chairman's since I'm just a lowly consultant.
