AMEX AWD without using AMEX CARD
Has anyone had any problems using the AMEX AWD CODE D837200 at a Neighborhood location without using an AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD to pay for the rental? Were you still charged the discounted rate? I'm not looking for the $25 gift card but just the GREAT RATE. Any experiences?

I just used my Amex AWD in Australia (different to yours) and paid with my LH Visa card and had no problems.
