Avis UK website question

I encounter a problem on the UK site. The following happens: I log into my account make a res. for a rental in CPH tick the awd box and then I get to the page where it says pls enter your customernumber or AWD number. Then underneath that you only get the AWD box number. Like always but once you fill out AWD number and enter it comes back with pls enter either customer number or AWD number. Anyone encounterd this too?
