Anyone have an underage code for Avis?
Looking for an underage code for friday-saturday one-way Washington, DC area...I have tried enterprise but unfortunately they don't allow one-way. Any insight?

Try renting from National. There are many codes listed on the National forum (see the "Contract ID's that Work Well" thread) that waive the underage fee.
