Countdown clock at ORD
There is a countdown clock at ORD. The buses are supposed to leave every 10 min. I went over to the bus and saw that it was at 9:40. Damn, I thought but had to go to the bathroom. I leave a bag sans anything valuable on the bus and head inside. When I come back out the clock is still on 9 something. Hmmm.... are they resetting it, I thought. Sure enough it is by itself..... I look at the driver who is standing up and chatting. I point out the problem and he joins me in observing the countdown. The damn thing counts all the way down to 9:00 but then resets. So he gets on the radio and then immediately heads off.
I am glad that someone else did not see this while I was in the toilet and my bag on the bus!
