Has return on the app ever worked?
Decided to try it again. Nope. I've never gotten this to work. Ever.

I've got it to work a few times, including PHL recently. However, it fails >90% of the time. I've wondered if it only works on "connected" cars (that show the actual fuel level during the rental). Otherwise, it doesn't know if it's full or not.

Possible, but if that's why the failure rate is so high then they need to remove it from the app, or only display it if the car supports that function. Basic UX design fail.
