Avis Changing Car Type
Hi,
I I have reserved a car for Berlin starting august and when I logged in to the website I saw that the car type changed from Intermediate Wagon Manual to Compact SUV, which is too small for my needs.
When I called Avis they said they changed the car type meanings and it should be OK but they don't really know.
Did anybody have the same issue?
In addition, I am a President Club member and would like to be upgraded if possible,
Would the upgrade be from the new category or the new one?
