Which Avis Site Is Correct?
I am supposed to be picking up a car this week at Heathrow T5 - the UK site says that the office is closed, but the US site does not mention this. Does anyone know if which is actually correct?

I think that at the moment you need to go to the other pick up point near T4. I know that was certainly the case earlier on in the pandemic. At that time they were running shuttles from the T% 4th floor car park though - I don't know if they are still doing that.
