Paying the PAY NOW rate not the best deal
For the past 2 years, I've been doing the "Pay Now" option when reserving a car. Reviewing my reservations, it seems that the best rate usually tends to be waiting until the last minute and/or a week out from the rental date. I can usually save $20-$30 on a FULL SIZE (haven't checked the other classes). Plus, you're also stuck with cancellation fees when choose PAY NOW.
Do you guys find that paying the PAY NOW rate is a good deal?
