I've used that one in the past....

This code gives a killer discount for an SUV at MCO during Easter Week - $263.99 (cpn MUWZ020) all in versus $800 - $1000+ with other car rental companies.

with no problems at all.

However, have you already used it to lock in your rate? I tried using it last week and the prices for rentals were in the $100+ range while having it entered.

Tried many codes. Costco was still cheaper by a few dollars.

While using various BCD codes, I have noticed that my price increases from one screen to the next. For instance, on the screen where you select your car, it will give me a weekly rate of $144.99 (intermediate). However, once I choose that vehicle and proceed to the next screen, the rate increases to $174.99 (not including taxes or anything). Does anyone know why this is happening? Is there a way to correct it?

NEVERMIND... I figured it out. The initial price includes my coupon deduction. However, the next screen is itemized.

It looks like the Wendie Special (BCD D454300) is back! Low-cost weekend and weekly rates on compacts and sub-compacts, as well as mid-size SUVs. Valid at participating U.S. airport locations for pick-up dates now through mid-June.

I've tried so many of these codes, and they are all still more expensive than going through Costco.

I don't think it works any more with the Wendies coupon.

No sure if anyone else has tried this, but Citi Easy Deals found me a good price.

Easy Deals is a program for Citi card holders where you earn dollars to apply as discounts. I have found the points to not be that useful, but they do offer Budget and Avis rental cars.

For a one way rental I am doing between CAK and CLE, Easy Deals came out about $5.00 cheaper than Costco (though $5.00 more than the Costco prepaid rate). This was the lowest price I found.

When I looked at my reservation I saw a new BCD code. I am hesitant to share it because I don't know what rules apply with it, but the code did not appear anywhere on Google when I searched for it.

I wonder if the way Easy Deals works is that by using the points you get to use the BCD code. There appears to be no requirement that a Citi Card actually be used for the car when picking it up.

Hi, long time stalker here. I'm looking to rent a standard elite suv( ford explorer) at COS(Colorado Springs) at the end of August for a week. None of the codes I've tried have resulted in much of a dent in savings off what the rack rate shows. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks pkerr for the quick response. I tried the carrentalsavers site and still had little success in finding a decent rate for that class of SUV. I think it's just too early on to find the best rates. Will try again.

Thanks for the X474200. Booked a Std SUV at LAX for $49 / day (before taxes). With all other BCDs and coupons I found online, the best was $80/day, so a great deal. For whatever reason, this code does not work on all car types.

Even priceline bidding couldn't get me this deal
