Code BCD - Y126500 gives a pretty nice discount...
BUT using it on the budget.com website shows the following message right on the top of the search results - "You'll be asked to provide proof of USAA affiliation when you pick up your vehicle."
Is this something that one should take seriously?

I tried a bunch of different codes and got the best rate using U133214 for a one-day, mid-week rate in Sacramento. My rate for a compact is $45.
Sacramento often has their rental cars priced north of $100 per day for midweek rentals. Crazy.

Had great success with this code at a franchise location (Victoria, BC). Brought the rate for an ICAR from $60 to $39! No questions asked. What didn't help was getting a 62,000 km Impala with an out-of-balance rear tire...

A lot of these codes bring my total rental down $75-$100 cheaper ^ but...
...they're not unlimited miles!!! Where are the unlimited mileage codes? Does it depend on the car? If it helps, I'm renting a minivan from an off-airport location 7 miles from home and $25 cheaper than the airport location 15 miles away.
