Presidents Club, booked Full size would only give upgarde to Premium, claimed no Caddilac available, but im quite sure that wasnt true..... thier also very strict with Corp ID

Also recognize in some locations there is a new category between Premium and Luxury, so a 2 class upgrade from full-size is to that category (I forget the name of it), not luxury. The new category contains Oldsmobile Auroras and Buick Park Avenues that I know of.
