Problem with preferred reservations
I started using Avis Preferred about 4 months ago - during that time out of appx. 15 rentals at various locations only one time has my name shown up on the preferred list. I have called customer service repeatedly, they check my profile and can't find a problem. One agent in San Diego said I should have them issue me a new wizard number. Has anyone else had this experience? All my reservations have been made online.

I have had a few not go through. The failures have been when I reserve through the AVIS website. The agent can eventually find the reservation but they always have to re-type all my information. Don't have any answers why, though.
