weekend rates
I just reserved a "weekend" rate of 27.99/day in DFW from a Saturday to the following Tuesday. Don't weekend rates normally end on Monday?
I checked the same dates a few weeks ago, and renting a car after Monday was expensive for Avis or Hertz. Is Avis having a sale? (Hertz rates are the same as before). I don't check car rental rates often.
