What other cars does avis rent in the Group H or Deville category? Has anyone gotten anything different?

Thanks,

Chris

The only cars I've seen Avis use are Devilles and Lincoln Towncars (yes, Avis has them).

I think Avis has some plan to take over the world. They're going to make all frequent renters crazy by offering them a choice of one or two crappy cars in each category. Eventually, we'll get so sick of the same cars we'll just snap.

That's the plan at least. It's working for me so far.

I rent a lot of cars and you guys got me over to an Avis rental for the first time in years by posting those great discount AWD#s.
Last week at DCA, I was assigned a silver Buick Century, and as I was walking over to it, I observed that more than half the cars that I passed were silver Buick Centurys.
I think that Doppy has it wrong. Avis will make all frequent renters crazy by making it appear to them that there is a choice of only one crappy car, period.

Reminds me of the guys at DisneyWorld that got fired for making all the white rental cars park in the same lot. Then when the visitors got done with a fun day in the getting dragged around by the kids, they go into a lot where all the cars look alike!

Not sure where I'm going, but I'm gettting there fast.

re: Disney -- that's why you are supposed to write down if you parked in the Mickey, Minnie, Grumpy, Dopey, etc. section and row number
