Avis in Providence
Has anyone had any positive or negative experience with this Avis station? I am renting for the holiday and am wondering about the Preferred lanes, location, etc.
How about Groton/New London, CT? I am returning there.

I rented from them this summer. I got there mid-day, so it was pretty slow. The desk is in the main terminal near the baggage pickup, but car pick up is a short covered walk away in the garage. Because the whole area isn't too large, the Preferred lanes didn't make a lot of differenc. It was just fine for me.
