Avis Now beta app
I received an email inviting me to beta test a, supposedly, new Avis Now app that will allow me to flash lights on the car, unlock and lock doors, and see real time inventory at a lot. It says to download or update my iPhone or android Avis app, but when I do I do not see any indication of these features.
Funny thing is when I go to my account to see my points it says I have none, but on the list of past rentals my points are listed.
Anyone else get this email and actually see anything on their app?

Avis seems like they have some good ideas, but they can't follow-through on any of them consistently or finish any of the projects they start. I routinely have to refresh several times to be able to see my points or past stays on their website.
I haven't gotten the email, but I don't have the app installed either. Seems like a neat feature if all locations support it! (doubtful)

i believe the "Avis Now" feature on the app is only available from certain locations to view the inventory and etc.
This feature would be great as I look to book cheap (intermidate) and gamble that theres a upgrade available on the lot... which has backfired for me.
