Trip to Denver at the end of July
My wife and I are planning a trip to Denver a the end of July. We are planning on renting a compact car for about 4 days. From what I've read it makes much more sense to get a bus from the airport in Denver to a nearby town to rent a car there. Does anyone have any suggestions on what nearby towns are offering the best rates? Any suggested coupon codes that we could use?

Also what's a reasonable daily rate to pay for a compact rental car in the Denver area? We'll have a car from Wednesday-Sat/Sun

Pick it up at DEN. The airport is miles outside of actually Denver, much less any other town.
