Rate code entered is invalid?

I just got an email reminder for an Avis reservation in a couple of days. When I click on the view reservation link, it says "Rate Code entered is invalid."

I made the reservation in January and am not using any strange AWD. The reservation date and location are on avis.com (but not pricing, etc). I still have the original confirmation email.

I'm concerned if I call they'll find some problem and cancel, so I'm thinking of just showing up with my pieces of paper. It would be a major problem if they don't honor the reservation.

What do you suggest?

I would suggest you relax.

You have a reservation.
You have an email reminding you of the reservation.
You have a print out of the reservation.

You are 99.99% more prepared than every other traveler out there.

If it's a major problem if the reservation is cancelled, why on earth wouldn't you pick up the phone now and make sure that all is well?

Because there is no alternative if they say all is not well. If they're going to do that, I figure I have a better chance arguing in person.

I prefer bkafrick's answer. After lots of googling, it seems the right answer.
