What are all of the possibilities of obtaining Presidents Club or Chairmanship Club ?
The only way that I'm aware of getting Chairman is buy purchasing it via AmEx daily getaway at 1K +

- Being an exec of a company that has large rental contracts with Avis

President's Club membership is included with the Amex Centurion card.
