Rates Not Loaded?

Rates Not Loaded?
Hi,
I'm a UK based Preffered customer and I'm trying to get quotes for a car from CPT in DEC.
I can't get anything online, it says 'No cars available' and reservations says the fares are not loaded for November and December yet.
Does this sound correct? Is 11 months in advance to early?
As a side note all the other companies seem to have rates loaded so Avis is missing out on business here.
