Experience at PIT?
I typically rent from CRW, where the Avis staff are absolutely great to me. I may be flying into PIT for the first time in ages next week, and renting there.

Has anyone had any good/bad experiences there they can recount?

Even though Bill retire a few years ago, the service at PIT is still very good. He trained his co-workers well
