LDW Question
Picked up a car from one of the city locations in Boston. Lady at the desk wasn't that helpful and spat out everything before I could ask questions and head to the back.
Per my Wizard#, it's showing that I declined all fees, etc.
However, underneath optional services, it says Incld LDW - All Rentals.
Does this mean I have the LDW or not?
I was booked by our contract person and nobody's around the office for the holiday weekend.

That means LDW is included with your company's contract via your AWD number. It's important to note under these circumstances LDW (or any waiver/insurance) provided through the use of an AWD number is restricted to those eligible to use it - in this case, it seems like you are. So yes, it looks like you have LDW without having to accept the product offered at the counter.
